DESIGN

Filipa Carneiro

This t-shirt is worked top-down, seamlessly, using the contiguous method. We begin by working the fronts, back, and shoulders (worked in the lace pattern) simultaneously, while making increases along the shoulder line. Next, we cast on stitches for the neckline and join to work in the round, continuing with the shoulder increases. We then move on to the sleeve increases, continuing to work the body (fronts and back) in the round. At the underarm, we place the sleeve stitches on hold and continue to work the body in the round. Finally, we return to the held stitches and work the sleeves top-down. At the end, we pick up and knit stitches around the neckline to work the ribbed collar. Please note that the lace pattern is provided in charts only.
