4 skeins of ALPACA from Heritage by Rosários, color 01 (100% alpaca; 50 gr = 110 m).

GAUGE

19 sts and 24 rows –10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch with 4 mm needles, washed and blocked (it is important to wash and dry the swatch as stitch count may change after the first wash).

NEEDLES

4 mm circular needles with 80 cm cables (adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge).

FINAL MEASUREMENTS

120 cm wide and 62 cm high at the widest point.

This shawl is worked flat, starting at the tip with 3 stitches and increasing along one edge to form an asymmetrical triangle. In the first section, it is worked in stockinette stitch with small flowers added every 6 rows. The second section transitions to an all-over flower stitch pattern, creating a delicate textured fabric. The shawl is finished with a special bind-off designed to highlight the little flowers.
