YARN

5 skeins of Douro from Rosários 4, in colour 09 (100% organic yarn, 50 g/280 m).
6 balls of Aurora from Rosários 4, in colour 27 (70% mohair kid, 30% silk, 25 g/210 m).
The shawl is knitted with both yarns held together.

GAUGE

16 sts and 26 rows – 10 x 10 cm in garter stitch with 4,5 mm needle, washed and blocked (it’s important to wash and block your swatch in order to get the correct gauge).

NEEDLES

4,5 mm circular needles (if necessary, adjust the needle size to match the gauge).

Stitch markers, tapestry needle.
