YARN

3 balls of PAILLETTES from Rosários 4, color 19 (100% polyester; 50 gr = 137 m);
2 balls of AURORA from Rosários 4, color 07 (70% mohair kid, 30% silk; 25 gr = 210 m).

GAUGE

18 sts and 26 rows – 10 x 10 cm in lace stitch pattern with the 2 strands hold together and 3.75 mm needles, needles, washed and blocked (it is important to wash and dry the swatch as stitch count may change after the first wash).

NEEDLES

3.75 mm circular needles with 80 cm cable (adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge).

NOTIONS

Stitch markers, tapestry needle.

FINAL MEASUREMENTS

85 cm wide and 56 cm high.

This bolero is a rectangle, knitted from the bottom up and with I-cord edges. At the end, a small section of the side edges is sewn together to form the bolero. The lace stitch pattern is provided both as a chart and as written instructions.

Note: the entire piece is knitted holding both yarns together (Aurora + Paillettes).
